About me
Hi, I’m Frazer.
I started my career writing fundraising direct mail in the 90s, which taught me two things: 1) an obsessive focus in making sure my work works as well as it possibly can (when you know it’s being funded by old ladies who’ve sent in their last fiver, it kind of sharpens the mind.) And 2) an equally passionate desire to understand what makes a target audience tick.
So no wonder that after spending over 10 years as a Creative Director in CRM agencies I jumped ship to a behavioural change consultancy in Whitehall, working on everything from counter-terrorism initiatives to running workshops with the board of The Wall Street Journal in Manhattan.
After that I spent time running my own creative consultancy with clients in the UK, Europe and the US, then worked in-house in creative departments at places like IBM and Barclaycard. You can see my full CV here, by the way.
Right now I’m in consultancy-world, combining the worlds of creativity and tech at Accenture Song. But throughout all of it, three things have never changed. I love working hand in hand with clients to find creative solutions to their business problems. I love building, shaping and inspiring teams. And I still love getting stuck in, creating great work and exploring new ways of doing it better, faster and smarter.
