AI Projects

I can’t put too much in writing about this due to confidentiality restrictions, but I’ve been involved in several key AI projects for Accenture over the past few years. Most recently I worked with a team of creative technologists, data managers and AI consultants at our Paris office as the lead copywriter and prompt engineer on a project to build a bespoke LLM for a global hospitality brand. The project not only saved several years of copywriting time and several million dollars, it’s now being used as a model on multiple other brands.

Prior to that I worked with a team in the UK and our APAC region on a project for an Australian banking app, prompting a LLM that was producing off-brand and artificial-sounding text into one that wrote on-brand and insight-lead copy.

And across the last few years I’ve helped instil a sense of curiosity and culture of experimentation across the teams that I manage, helping introduce and navigate the use of various AI tools, from copy and design to voice cloning.

Finally, in November 2025 I was recognised by Google as being a Certified Gen AI Leader.
